The warm welcome and the care from the staff made this feel like a much-loved home, not just a hotel room. Everyone I saw was made to feel valued, and the owners have clearly thought about guests' comfort. The decor is thoughtful, everything was immaculate, and the modern comforts came with a personal touch. I had a wonderful stay at the Alpha Hotel in Tienen and would happily return on my next trip to the area.

We liked the hotel a lot. The room was a little small, but the location and service were very good. Breakfast was delicious and had a really complete selection. A big plus for being dog friendly 🫶. Highly recommended.

Free parking and a good restaurant downstairs were definite pluses. The rooms were decent, clean and nice, and breakfast was super tasty. The bathroom lighting was quite dim, though.

The friendly staff, breakfast, and the warmth of the room on cold days were the good parts of my week here. I won't be returning, though. The lighting was awful: the room was so dim that I had to switch on every light and use my iPhone light just to find my things, which made getting ready a daily struggle. The bed was also uncomfortable. It was two separate single beds with a huge gap between them, and the mattress was much too soft. We woke up with back pain every day, and the pillows felt outdated and very low quality, like sponge filling. On arrival, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly either. The toilet was still dirty from the previous guests, so I cleaned it myself.

My family came over from the UK and we thought the hotel was really lovely. The rooms were good, and there are ground-floor apartments too, each with its own little terrace 😍.
