Gio gave us a warm welcome, and the bed was comfortable. There’s a smart TV that pulls out at the foot of it, and the shower and bath were a lovely, just-right size. I appreciated having a Nespresso machine in the room too. Breakfast had lots of spreads to choose from and was plentiful, though I’d personally have liked more rolls and fewer pastries. Spreads taste better on a roll to me, but that’s just personal preference. I’d suggest booking upstairs: you can hear the people above if they walk around in shoes, especially when they shower late.

Breakfast was a lovely start to the day, with fresh, carefully presented, high-quality food. The room was spacious, spotless, and had all the comforts we needed. The owners were kind and helpful, with good tips for seeing Tongeren and the surrounding area. You can tell they care about running the B&B. The place is beautifully kept and tastefully furnished, and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s well placed for exploring Tongeren, with the historic center easy to reach and plenty to see nearby. A peaceful, genuine stay. I’d happily return.

The triple room was huge and beautifully decorated, and the beds were so comfortable we slept like babies. Breakfast was delicious, with something for everyone, and you could taste the care that went into making it. Lazy Olives was in such a peaceful spot, and the hostess greeted us so warmly that we felt at ease straight away. We’ll definitely come back!

The bathroom was lovely, with music and lighting you could choose yourself. Every room has a TV with Netflix, and the host took great care of us. The place was very clean, and breakfast had lots to choose from, including salami, cheese, orange juice, eggs, and plenty more. I recommend it.
