Beau-sejour

The worst place I’ve ever stayed in Europe. I got home at midnight, and what should have been a lovely vacation ended in anger. I paid 138 euros through booking.com, yet the facilities didn’t match the price at all. The room smelled bad, and there were similar wildlife specimens inside. The shower room was tiny, about the size of a single-door bathroom fridge. There was a narrow, high step under the bathroom door, hidden by towels on the floor. I didn’t see it, slipped, and bruised the bottom of my foot. When I warned my family to be careful, one of them fell from the bed onto the floor. The bed had been made. I went downstairs to tell the owner. They said it wasn’t a problem and didn’t apologize. It’s hard to accept that two women were exposed to such a safety hazard. Within a minute, the hostess angrily tossed our clothes onto the ground outside the room and told us to leave right away. I’m very skeptical that a place like this should be allowed to operate on Booking.com. The hardware and service give the hostess no reason to keep cheating customers. I don’t want anyone else to be deceived. Terrible 😱😱😱
