The owner was so kind and accommodating. He called nearby restaurants to arrange reservations and got up early to prepare a very good breakfast for us. The beds and pillows were clean, firm, and comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean too. I had hoped to be closer to some of the WW2 sites we were visiting, but I'm glad we chose this place. It's a great stay in the area, and I'd come back next time I'm in the Ardennes.

The hosts looked after us so well, and breakfast was amazing. This cute little hotel had spacious, quiet, clean, and comfortable rooms. We recharged at Spa and left feeling fantastic. We enjoyed our stay so much!

We had such a lovely honeymoon in the spa city. The hotel was cozy, clean, and quiet, with great service. Most of all, the couple who own and run it were friendly, professional, kind, and helpful, and gave us special treatment. Many thanks to Aurore and Thierry for making our honeymoon unforgettable. 🙏

The room was huge, finally somewhere with enough space. If I'd had small children with me, they could probably have played a little football in there. The whole place felt more like a cozy home than a typical hotel. What made the stay stand out was how thoughtfully guests were treated. They explained the city and gave us maps, helped with our luggage, and surprised us with a folder of menus from nearly all the city's restaurants. They also suggested places we could try without a reservation. Check-in was honestly the best service I've experienced in years. Some reviews say it's simply a good hotel with a decent view, and that's fair, but the service and attitude toward guests make it truly exceptional.

The spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for a fantastic stay. It has a reassuring, homelike feel that added a lot. The owners were so helpful with directions and reservations, and even went out of their way to sort out an issue with our transportation. Easily our best hotel experience. I absolutely recommend staying here!
