As a wheelchair user, I found both the hotel and my room very accessible. The room was spacious and spotless, the breakfast plentiful and delicious, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. We had an absolutely amazing stay and I’d definitely return.

Ouassila at reception made our stay a 10/10 with such pleasant, helpful service. She accommodated our room preferences, arranged an airport taxi and recommended restaurants. The hotel was amazing and incredibly affordable for Paris. Thank you, Ouassila!

Reza deserves a special mention for his professional, exceptional help. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and made our seven-day stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Paris. If you’re feeling lost, ask Reza. ❤️🫶

The rooms are large for Paris and very clean, and the neighbourhood is lovely. There’s a metro station right nearby, the breakfast is great, and the staff are friendly. A nice Parisian experience overall.
