La Ferme Delgueule

A nice hotel, with an exceptionally clean room and an excellent restaurant.

The breakfast was luxurious and nicely prepared. We had a group of seven across three rooms, and although we paid the same price, the rooms varied a lot in size and features. One had a separate toilet, one had a very large shower, and the other showers were smaller. It didn’t feel consistent. The hotel is on a large working farm, mainly with cows. It’s a nice setting, but near the highway, so there’s traffic noise. The hostess seemed rather neutral, maybe leaning toward rude, and wasn’t welcoming at all. The cleaner was friendlier.

I wish we’d stayed another night. The grounds are gorgeous, with a pond full of frogs 🐸 and bunnies 🐰 all around. It’s an old farmhouse converted into a hotel just outside town, and the rooms were large, luxurious, clean and well kept. The restaurant looked fantastic, but we’d already eaten, so we just had dessert and a beer, both great. The staff were attentive and friendly.

I came for dinner last night and wanted to share how it went. The entrance was so clean, rustic and beautiful. As an experienced hospitality manager, I can say the service was outstanding. The team were kind and professional, and our waitress handled everything in a highly professional way. The meat was excellent, tasty and great quality 👌☝️. Dessert was a true story! I highly recommend the restaurant and wish you all the best for the future.
