Hotel Corsendonk Viane

The staff were very friendly and handled our extra requests, and everything else was as expected for a reasonably priced hotel. We needed extra pillows after two sleepless nights, though. Breakfast was decent but far too expensive at 17.5 per person per day. I'd book again if I'm in the area.

The location made it easy to walk to the train station, restaurants, and Carrefour. The room was comfortable and clean, but the safe wouldn't lock. I told reception twice and it was never fixed. The fridge was switched off, and the shower pressure was weaker than I like.

I stayed for two days, on 3 and 4 May 2019. The hotel is in a very peaceful residential area, and the rooms are spacious with a pleasant feel. The beds and room atmosphere made it easy to relax, and the toilets were large and very clean. Staff were polite, parking was ample, and the hotel had all the facilities. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious.

We booked two days and one night along with a two-day visit to Bobbejaansland. The hotel was just fine overall, about a 7 out of 10 for me. But when we arrived, the room's small fridge and the bedroom weren't clean. The online booking showed two regular beds, while our room had one regular bed and one folding sofa bed.
