La Fermette Contemporaine

The house is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. But cleanliness was a real issue. There were crumbs on the couch and in the fridge, the oven was dirty, and hair from previous guests was still in the bathroom cabinets. There were lots of flies inside, dead and alive, and most of the many cupboards and drawers were already full of junk. We couldn't find the guest toilet at first. It was behind a door that was so stuck it was almost impossible to open, and once we got in, the flush didn't work at all. The landlord arranged a plumber, but he couldn't fix it either. Both the landlord and the cleaning lady were very kind, but they couldn't do much to help at the time. The enormous terrace was completely neglected, with dead plants and chairs that were rickety or broken. There was already a pile of empty bottles in the containers by the door when we arrived, and it was still there when we left. There's not much to do in Moha itself, though the castle is nice to wander around. Restaurants aren't really walkable, and you'll want to drive to the supermarket. There is a tiny grocery shop in the village.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy yourself. It's magnificent, comfortable, and the welcome is warm.

A peaceful spot surrounded by nature, in a gîte that lives up to its contemporary name. I recommend it.

The location was great!
