The campsite is clean, friendly, and good value, with Maastricht, Aaachen, and Liège nearby. The toilets and showers were clean, but there weren’t enough for the number of guests. Getting out safely is also tricky since there aren’t proper paths around the site.

Great views and plenty of space, and it’s a lovely spot for cyclists. Be ready for the hills. We ate at the Hacienda and were pleasantly surprised; it’s a cut above the usual campsite pub.

We squeezed in a last-minute mini-break during the workweek and had a great time here. After cycling around the region, it was lovely to come back to comfortable accommodation, tasty food, and such nice people. We could also use the showers after our second day of cycling for a reasonable price.

The bar has some nice draft beers, and you can get a meal there too. The campsite is in a great spot, and the toilets and showers were among the nicest and most comfortable I’ve seen.

The trail was a really enjoyable walk, about an hour and a half from start to finish. It winds around and gets a little challenging, while the changing trees keep things interesting. I’d definitely recommend it.
