Auberge d'Alle

We spent three nights here, then needed just as long to wash all our clothes and finally get the moldy, musty smell out of them. It wasn't worth the money.

The hotel is in a great spot right by the river, where you can go kayaking. The owner, who is Dutch, was helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, and both breakfast and dinner were superb. A very nice hotel, definitely worth a visit!

Carole, the owner, made the whole family feel at home. She's warm and lovely, spoiled us with snacks in the bar, and won the kids over. Nico cooked memorable food, so good, and the service was excellent. We stayed three nights and enjoyed walks in the woods during the day. The hotel surprised us: from outside it looks like a traditional Ardenner hotel, while inside it's decorated with modern paintings that we thought were really cool. The beds were good, and the new towels and bedding were comfortable. The building is traditional, so the bathrooms are a bit small, but they were clean. We could bring our dachshunds, too. We had a great time and can really recommend it. We'll be back!

The food was excellent, and the staff gave us brilliant service. Our room was lovely and clean, and the owner was so nice and friendly. A wonderful place.
