The nice view is there, but it's mostly of gardens and houses, so nothing especially remarkable. The bigger issue for me was the dirt: the drawers had trash left by previous guests. The furnishings were quite cheap, and the bathroom looked poorly put together. There's loud machinery noise in the house in the evening and morning, and the stairs are very narrow and hard to use. The kitchen also has very cheap equipment. I can't understand charging over 70€ per night. For that price, even for a small private room with cheap furnishings, I expect it to be clean.
