This worked really well for our WW1 visits, and it was close to Ypres centre. The staff were friendly, the service was good, and breakfast kept me full. Our room was clean, with both a shower and a bath. There was a garage for the motorcycles too.

We got free parking, a nice breakfast and a lovely room in the new annexe, all at reasonable rates. It's a lovely little hotel, very handy for the Ypres experience, with friendly staff.

We picked this characterful, quirky hotel because of its location for visiting the Menin Gate. It turned out to be a great find, and we'd certainly stay again.

The customer service was excellent and accommodating, which made this charming country house hotel feel quite different from a typical chain.

We came mainly to see the trenches, and they were really beautiful, well kept and preserved. They're beside a lovely hotel building, and entry costs just €1 for people who aren't staying there. The hotel staff were super nice and helpful too. Absolutely recommend visiting!
