Apartment Old Saxo

I was very disappointed by this apartment. It wasn’t clean when we arrived, and it still wasn’t clean after we contacted the host. The surfaces were dusty, the bathroom unsanitary, and the actual condition didn’t match the listing photos. It felt misleading and poorly maintained. When I raised the problems, the host was dismissive and disrespectful. Communication was unprofessional, and we weren’t offered an apology. Our constructive feedback on booking.com was also removed. Later, we received a threatening text from someone associated with the property who clearly didn’t accept constructive criticism. That behavior was unacceptable and made us feel unsafe. I strongly advise others to avoid this property. There are better choices with respectful hosts and honest listings.
