Logies De Wilde Wingerd

The room had a terrace, but getting to it meant going through the bathroom and toilet, and the view was of the neighbours’ toilet. The curtain didn’t give enough privacy while using the toilet. The whole house was noisy, so every movement carried, and at night there was lots of barking and traffic noise. The bed was uncomfortable and creaked with every movement. There was a terrible smell in the bedroom, even worse when we opened the shower, and a musty smell in the breakfast area as soon as we came in. We also had to use a dangerous staircase, and my partner nearly fell backwards. Breakfast was adequate but not worth the price. Don’t expect much empathy from the owners or much information about nearby restaurants. It’s a disgrace that a place like this can be rented out.
