The location is superb, just a stone’s throw from the central market and the Cloth Hall. It’s a budget hotel with a lovely contemporary feel, and everything was spotless and tidy. I slept really well, the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was continental and plentiful, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely people run this very friendly hotel. It overlooks Cloth Hall and Groote Markt, and Menin Gate is only a two-minute walk away. Totally recommended!

From the hotel you can easily visit the local attractions, bars and restaurants, and we had magnificent views of the main square. The location is central, with off-street parking and a good-quality breakfast too. The receptionist was lovely and very friendly. Our room felt a little dated, but it was clean and tidy, with quirky fittings and fixtures.

We had a great time, thank you. The staff were very good and changed the breakfast times to suit our tour schedule.

The place was scruffy, though the room, bedding and towels were clean. There was no safe or AC, but tea and coffee facilities were provided. The bathroom had mould, and we were glad to stay only one night. The receptionist didn't show up until after check-in was supposed to start at 3pm.
