The location is handy if you need to get to the airport, and the free airport shuttle is useful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was the weak point: it was mediocre, with a very limited selection for a hotel at this level. I also overheard the waitress say the cooks tend to stay out of sight, so you have to ask two or three times before the stations are restocked. They seem to avoid making eggs as well.

There's a free shuttle bus to the airport, so the location works really well for flying out, though it's less convenient if you want to go out. The hotel has modern large-screen TVs, and the lobby sells drinks and snacks for late arrivals. The welcome chocolate and hot chocolate were a nice touch. Good hotel and service. I'd happily stay again.

After a long workday, I could unwind in the lounge or take a short walk in the park behind the hotel, which was a lovely bit of nature. The restaurant had a great range of drinks and food, and Ricardo at the front desk made sure I had what I needed. Work travel can be exhausting, but this place was a good oasis to recharge. I’ll choose the Crowne Plaza again for another business trip or a family visit to Brussels.

The airport shuttle is well organized and stops right in front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and the rooms were clean. Best of all was the fantastic service from Alona, Dimitra and especially Ricardo, who kindly showed me around the facilities. I'll be back!

The room itself was great, even luxurious, but things like water bottles, chocolates, cookies and tea were only provided for two, although there were four of us. The stay left me hungry, sad and disappointed, and nearly spoiled what should have been a lovely end to our holiday in Belgium. I paid 200 euros and felt I got nothing for it. I gave polite, constructive feedback, though I doubt it made any difference. I had booked a room with breakfast and received confirmation, but the hotel said breakfast wasn't included. After I sorted it out myself, breakfast was included for only two of us. The front desk said I could order it to the room for an additional tray fee of 5 euros, but the restaurant called the next morning to say that wasn't how it worked. I ended up leaving hungry. I had also paid a 50 euro deposit and am still waiting for it back. And the “park view” room looked onto a parking area, not a garden. What do you expect when you book a room with park view?
