Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel

The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean, and the breakfast buffet has a nice selection. It’s mid-priced, so it won’t suit bargain hunters. You can walk right across the street to the Brussels airport check-in area. That’s really the reason to stay here, especially if you arrive late or have an early departure and want to avoid extra ground transportation.

The location is excellent for an early flight or a short layover, just steps from the terminal. Check-in and check-out were quick, and every staff member we met was friendly and professional. Our first room had a strong cigarette smell. We contacted the front desk straight away, and they quickly moved us to a clean, pleasant replacement room. The hotel seemed well maintained overall, the bed was comfortable, and we slept well. The room did show its age and could use renovation and updated furniture, but it was functional and comfortable enough for a short stay. Overall, we had a positive experience at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel.

The room was quiet enough that we couldn’t hear the airport or the guests next door, and the bed was okay. But the view was of a strange indoor courtyard, and the place felt forgotten. The bathroom paint was peeling around the shower and doors, and there wasn’t a nightlight for using the bathroom at night. It didn’t feel like a four-star room. The location is really the only reason to choose this hotel. Staff said arriving too early wasn’t cool, even though we were 1.5H before check-in. That’s never been a problem at any other hotel in Europe for me. Our flight out was super early, so we just wanted somewhere to relax before leaving. Would we stay here again? Questionable.

It was wonderful having a spacious room so close to Brussels airport, just a minute across the way. Head to the Departures level to get there. We checked in for our flight, then had the luxury of returning to the hotel for breakfast and a freshen-up before we left. Highly recommended.
