The hotel itself was very cute and clean, but the staff left a bad impression. My friend had a dog, and when the woman at the counter said dogs weren’t allowed anywhere in or around the hotel, she was extremely rude about it. At checkout, a different woman only wanted to see the money and didn’t ask how our stay had been. There’d been a big wedding the night before, so maybe she already expected us to complain about the noise. It felt like a way to avoid bad feedback.

The spacious rooms were amazing, and the food and service were great. The bar food was really good too, especially the hamburgers with Tazaki dressing. Breakfast was lovely, though a bit pricey. It’s also a great Venu for weddings. I really recommend staying here, and I’ll visit again.

We had a really nice wedding here, with good food, great service and the option to stay overnight. After a long night of partying, though, I would have liked to sleep in a bit more. Breakfast ended at 10am, which felt too early. Even so, I’d recommend the place.

The calm surroundings take your mind off the daily grind, and the staff are great. My room was super clean. I’ve stayed here every February and March for the past 5 years, and I love it.

You feel welcome as soon as you arrive, and the hotel has cosy rooms and a big garden. Just be careful to plan ahead, since they don’t serve dinner on weekends.
