I come back here whenever I’m in zelzate. The staff are very kind, and the rooms are spacious with fast Internet. My only complaint is that some rooms don’t have air conditioning, which is especially an issue in summer. It’s a great hotel overall, and I’ll definitely return.

The friendly, polite staff, good-sized room and wide choice of television channels were welcome. In the morning there was always fresh orange juice and hot drinks. But the bed was dirty, and I think something may have bitten me, perhaps bedbugs or fleas. The shower only trickled, the fridge was excessively loud, and the television’s standby light shone a garish bright blue. The cheap pillows were filled with little foam blocks that scattered as soon as I rested my head on them. All of this made for a very uncomfortable 3 night stay. The second flight of stairs is incredibly steep, and without lift access you just have to put up with it. Unless you’re staying more than one night, I wouldn’t choose this hotel.
