The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is close to the airport but a little away from the city centre. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying. I especially liked the fish and beef cooked in local styles. The bathroom airflow needs attention, though, since an unpleasant smell sometimes comes up through the floor drains.

The staff are warm and show real empathy toward guests. They go out of their way to meet requests. The layout is quite labyrinthine, though. Finding your way from the meeting room to reception by the stairs feels like solving a jigsaw puzzle.

I paid 105.220 fcfa per night, which is far too much for a room in Ouagadougou. The hotel has no amenities worth that price, and I don't see why foreigners should be charged so much per night. There are better hotels in Ouagadougou with better security. Don't waste your money staying here.

When I was there, both the hotel and restaurant were very quiet. The place was clean and comfortable.

It's an upscale place in the city centre, but the service doesn't justify the price. For instance, room service isn't available after 10 PM.
