There’s potential here and the area is pleasant, but the resort seems dated and isn’t maintained well. Our room’s air conditioning didn’t work, and it hadn’t been cleaned to an acceptable standard. The indoor pool was dirty, while most spa facilities were broken or not working properly. The whole spa area felt neglected. With investment, repairs, and better cleanliness, this complex could improve a lot. The experience didn’t feel worth what we paid.

You’ll need a car to see other places or attractions, since the location is nice but out in the middle of nowhere. The main outdoor pool was dirty, there weren’t enough umbrellas, and some loungers were broken. We only had breakfast, and the food was mediocre at best. The rooms were clean when we arrived, but for a four-star hotel I expected daily upkeep, which didn’t happen. They also weren’t soundproof as claimed, and we woke up when people walked through the hallway.

Horrible 🤧. There are lots of stray cats yowling at night, and I couldn’t sleep 😭.

I’m absolutely in love with this place. It’s so peaceful, relaxing, and incredibly beautiful. The hotel looks gorgeous from every angle, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant is very good, definitely try the mussels. The spa is a dream, and the spacious, comfortable rooms have big bathrooms. The pool is lovely, and all the outdoor areas are very well kept.

Lovely place, with good-sized pools. It’s also a short drive to various beaches and an aqua park.
