The kids’ club was dependable and gave us some adult downtime, while the evening entertainment and water park kept things lively. I also found the massages really relaxing. The hotel has a big pool, loungers and umbrellas, and it’s right beside the beach with water sports available. There’s a shop nearby, and good connections to Sunny Beach and the old town. Food was delicious, with a great choice of restaurants and a buffet I loved, especially the Asian-inspired sushi place. Beds were very comfortable, the whole hotel had air conditioning, and our room was clean, modern, and spacious. Staff were friendly, there’s an on-site doctor, and I couldn’t fault the stay. One of the best hotels I’ve ever visited.

We spent 14 days here with three kids aged 6, 9, and 13, and they loved it. The facilities are amazing, the resort feels very safe and secure, the nightly shows are great, and the animation team is brilliant. The kids got fitter and made lots of friends, so we’ll come again. One thing they weren’t keen on was having to tidy up after meals. The food is very healthy, with very little sugar, and desserts are usually just small portions of grapes or watermelon. Mirolsav

The buffet had a wide choice and the food was good. We could also easily get out to Nessebar, Pomorie, and Sunny Beach. What stood out most was how happy our little ones were to have so many other kids around to play with, along with all the entertainment on offer. Great facilities for children and a very family-friendly hotel. I’d definitely recommend it.

We rented a huge two-room apartment with a living room, two big bathrooms, and a balcony. We came by car and drove to nearby areas. The hotel is new, and everything in the rooms was new too. There are two enormous pools and lots of other sports facilities. There are many Ukrainian athlete kids staying here and training every day, but as a family this was the first time I felt safe with my children. They met other kids and had fun. The food was good, but if you’re after gourmet, this isn’t the place. People clean the rooms and facilities all day, and it’s amazing. The sea is just like Sunny Beach, in my opinion. The staff don’t speak English very well, but they try to help. For the price we booked, these are six-star facilities. Thank you from Greece. We leave tomorrow, but we’ll come back.
