The staff barely spoke English and never smiled, which left me feeling like they thought letting us stay was a favor. The rooms themselves were modern and very clean, with excellent AC and great WiFi. We could lock our bikes in the courtyard, and there was a decent market in the building as well as a reasonably priced restaurant.

No pool or spa here, but if you’re visiting Srebarna, this is the place to stay. The rooms are new and clean, there’s good food at the restaurant and a market in the same building. After that, the birds, fish, and surrounding landscape make the setting.

I only ate at the restaurant. What I ordered from the menu was tasty, and the prices were reasonable.

The owners don’t speak English, but they were still helpful and kind. The place is well kept and everyone was friendly.
