Really friendly, professional staff, and clean, warm, comfortable rooms. Mine had a big balcony, a bathtub, and a large new TV. The hotel's Bulgarian restaurant is good and very inexpensive. One person's room starts at just 15 Euro per night, with lower rates available for longer stays. It's close to central Blagoevgrad, restaurants, cafes, clubs and bus stations. Lidl is only 10 meters away. Super.

The staff are still polite and friendly, and the place is clean and new. It definitely needed some freshening up. They've trimmed the menu, but the food is still tasty.

I've never stayed in the hotel, but I go to the restaurant regularly for the delicious Bulgarian food.

The facilities are very old and poorly maintained. There's no lift, and the furniture and other fittings are broken and dated.
