The rooms were a real plus: bright, spacious, clean, with comfortable mattresses, air conditioning and a minibar. The staff were friendly, and the location is handy for a supermarket and shopping center. There’s also a pleasant lobby bar. Breakfast, though, was below average. The omelette and sausages kept running out, and when I asked for more, it took around 30 minutes, by which time I had to leave. The restaurant serves breakfast for an extra charge and hosts events and weddings in the evenings. I’d recommend staying here if you plan to skip breakfast.

The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. It’s a great place to stay for Surva2026 Festival, about a 12-minute walk from the central square. At busy times, Booking can be 30% more expensive, so call reception and compare prices. Struma Hotel is another option on the central square, though I’ve heard it can be very noisy during festivities and on weekends.

For my business trip, the WiFi was a real problem. I spent a lot of time working on my laptop in the room, and it was a disaster. The lighting there was also very dim. On the plus side, the staff were super kind, and the rooms were spacious, clean and fairly comfortable. There’s a supermarket and some clothing stores close by.

We stayed one night as a family of four in a top-floor suite with a jacuzzi. The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant downstairs sent up room service with great food and service. Reception staff were very polite. You can book the breakfast buffet for the morning, and the food was good and fresh. I’d stay again when I’m in the city.
