The all-inclusive food was horrible. It tasted like low-quality frozen food, with only a few dishes that were alright. Even the water tasted strange. I really don’t recommend it, especially the food 👎🏻 We waited in the sun for 30 minutes because our door wouldn’t open with our bracelets. I had to go back and forth three times before they gave us a key. The rooms were alright, though the fridge was a bit dirty and the villa hadn’t been cleaned very well. It was acceptable. At night, people put towels on the loungers to reserve them for after their beach trip. The pool was empty, but every lounger was taken up by towels.

Our room was clean and huge. The staff were so friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived, and the hotel made a lovely mix of fun and relaxation. The bartender deserves a special mention. Their friendly manner and excellent service made our evenings more enjoyable, and they were really skilled at making delicious cocktails.

I was disappointed by the lack of communication. I booked two nights all inclusive at Villas Ralitsa Aquaclub for early June, sent two emails, and also filled in the contact form. Nobody replied, so I decided to cancel.

What a joke. The bathroom lights in our Villa didn’t work when we arrived. The one that did was covered with dead bugs and insects, making every room darker. There was no way to call reception, so I went there three times. We had to use our phone torch to shower, and they finally sent someone on the second day while we were at dinner. The lights were fixed when we got back, but didn’t last through even one person taking a short shower. My whole holiday has been spent chasing someone to fix something that should have worked. Really disappointed.

The villa was a bad choice. It needs a thorough clean and remodeling. Still, everything else was amazing: great food and beach, and the Aquapark was especially great for children. I loved walking down in the evening. Primasol is a beautiful place for a holiday in general. I’d definitely return, but I’ll choose one of the hotels next time :)
