We visited the restaurant, where the food was delicious. There’s a large car park in front for customers, and the outdoor area is convenient for children. There are lots of peacocks, other birds, and animals, which was really fun. It’s a great setting for a special occasion, or just lunch or dinner with friends or family.

I was able to keep my bike safely at the hotel overnight, and the staff were kind and very helpful. The place was really neat, and I had a wonderful holiday. I’d love to return when I visit Arbanassi again.

We’d been here before, so it was a real disappointment to be turned away rudely. Staff said they only serve large groups from 2 pm onward. It doesn’t feel family friendly anymore.

We only tried the restaurant. The food was good and the prices were 👍. The atmosphere was fantastic, with live music 🎶 on Saturday evening and some fireworks. The beautiful garden has bunnies, a peacock, and pigeons. The kids loved it!

The double room was comfortable, and it was lovely to have a pool to step out to on hot, sunny days. The hotel is quaint, with its own restaurant, and the front desk staff were warm and friendly. The restaurant staff were rude and unfriendly, though, except for the male waiter on our last day. He was so kind that I made sure to thank him before we left. The food was good. If you have breakfast there, go early, or you may be left with the scraps. They put everything away promptly at 10 am.
