The food was good, but the place looked much more dilapidated in person than expected. The rooms smelled of mold, the walls were cracked, and the bathroom had a bad smell. The pool was smaller than it looked in the pictures, and the loungers had extremely dirty mattresses. Wi-Fi didn't work at all. The spa, indoor pool, and bowling alley were listed as included, but none of them were working.

We slept well in the relaxing bed, in a quiet area, and the shower had proper water pressure. The food court is large and has a good playroom for toddlers. Breakfast was filling and had plenty of choices, and the pool was big enough for a swim. The staff were nice, especially the girl at check-in, but the pool and restaurant staff weren't around or helpful enough.

The breakfast was good, and the location is close to the Botanical Gardens. Still, the premises are old and not maintained well, and cleanliness was lacking. The pool area was the worst part. For this price, I think I could have found somewhere better.

The nice staff are the only reason I'm giving two stars. The second manager's attitude was the worst part, and speaking about guests behind their backs is inappropriate. The pool water was cold when we arrived, there was black mold everywhere, the room shower was broken, and the children's playroom was very cold. Bowling wasn't working either. None of this matched what we were told when we booked. I came to enjoy time with my family, but it was a horrible stay and we left early. Stay away if you want a nice vacation.

The people are very kind, and the food is really good. The rooms look fancy and feel very comfortable. A very nice place 👍
