Elite I Apartments

We were looked after so well by Betty and Johnny around the bar, restaurant and pool. They were lovely and friendly, and made great cocktails. The rest of the staff were just as nice, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The apartment was spacious, excellent and really clean, and the pool area was great and spotless too. My young kids loved it, and it’s a perfect spot for families. The food was lovely and cheap. We’ve just got back from Sunny Beach Elite 1 Apartments and already want to return, hopefully soon. I’d highly recommend it.

The rooms are nice, but the bedroom air conditioners don’t work. And why are there ants in the room? We came to rest, but they brought us at five o’clock. The service doesn’t work properly, it’s terrible.

The area is clean and well kept, and seems to get cleaned every morning. There’s a simple café-bar by the pool. The café staff are a mixed bag, some okay and some good, but they don’t hassle you with sales pitches, which we liked. Reception always tried to help with questions, and we enjoyed our stay. The apartment matched its description and photos. The kitchen was nearly fully equipped, with everything needed to cook, though we did have to buy a frying pan. There were glasses, cups, knives and cutlery, plus a washing machine and air conditioning in each room. Towels were changed every four days and bedding every seven nights.

The staff are fantastic, and nothing is ever a problem. Kiril, Jack and the bar team are what really make this place. Elite 1 Apartments are great, though they could use a bit of modernising. I’ll definitely come back.
