The hotel was great value for the price, and I can’t fault it. It’s on the beach at the north end of Sunny Beach, with bars, shops, and restaurants an easy walk away. Our balcony had an excellent view and sunshine all day. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was very clean and cleaned every day, and the shower was brilliant.

The beachside location and the view were lovely, and for the price it felt like good value. The hotel could use some upgrades, especially in the bathrooms and room cleaning, though the staff were polite and willing to help when asked. The woman at reception was especially warm and always smiling. We joked that if we’re rich in our next life, we’ll meet again in miami beach 😂. I hope I see her again. Thank you!

After two years when we felt welcomed, this visit left us regretting coming back to Star Hotel. We’ve stayed for three years, but this time we were told on arrival there was no parking for us, even though at least one space was open and apparently reserved for the "boss". We had to unload our bags on the beach, then my husband drove more than 1 km to park and walked back through torrential rain. I got a space only after 1 pm the next day, so all our beach things stayed in the car. It was by the restaurant's back entrance, where crates and goods were being moved, and after two days the car had a scratch. From the first evening, the noise was unbearable, with four music sources playing at once. Staff, including the "boss," came into our room without knocking. Restaurant staff seemed bored and unprofessional. The lamb and beef I ordered at dinner both smelled like old meat. Prices have gone up enormously, and the hospitality we appreciated before seems to have changed. Goodbye Star Hotel!

The rooms were clean, and the staff were really polite and helpful. Right in front of the hotel, the beach sand is cleaned every day. There’s also a lovely little restaurant by the beach in Heaven Apart Hotel Complex, which I’d definitely recommend visiting.
