The area has lots to do, and I wish I’d had more time to explore it. The view was great, the studios were excellent, and the beach is nearby. For what you get, the prices are great too. More than awesome!

We were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned and were told to go out “for a walk” while they cleaned it. The next day our friends arrived and got an uncleaned room too, and a few days later it happened to another family. There’s no WIFI, and the pool belongs to another complex, so they say you don’t have an “advantage” to use it. On the plus side, it’s newly renovated, has a sea view, and is cheap.

We ended up not renting. The location seemed okay, but the rooms raised some cleanliness concerns, with hair and dirt under the cabinets. The bathrooms were a disaster, and one studio had the biggest clown I’ve ever seen.

A peaceful little oasis amid the concrete of Sunny Beach, with greenery and quiet. The beach and bus stop are very close, and the studios are well equipped.
