I came away from this stay very disappointed. Staff accused us of taking towels and made us pay 120 BGN, which felt ridiculous and humiliating. On top of that, my room was overrun with mosquitoes. I ended up with more than one hundred bites all over, and some became swollen and very uncomfortable. It was a distressing experience and left me seriously concerned about hygiene and guest care. This was far below the standard I expect from a hotel.

The pool is amazing, and the garden is a nice extra, with volleyball, ping pong, and even a small ‘gym’. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large too, though shower water ended up all over the floor. Cleaning was 10/10. Food was good, with lots to choose from, even if it wasn't the best. The drinks were horrible apart from the water. Coffee, cocktails, beer, and juice were all bad. During our four days, we paid for coffee and juice, since the juice was bottled and the coffee came from a different machine. The location is pretty good, near the beach and main street, and there are enough free parking spaces.

We liked it enough to come back for a second year, and we're sure we'll choose this hotel again next time we're in Sunny Beach. The rooms are cleaned every day, the garden is lovely, and the pool is very well looked after. Great hotel and very nice staff.

Really lovely place for a holiday. The rooms were spotless, the staff were amazing, and the place itself was extraordinary!
