The biggest plus here is definitely the price. We spent a month and a half at the complex last year, and may come back this year if the rates don’t go up. The apartment layouts are convenient and everything we rented was in very good condition. Some people live here all year round, including many Bulgarians and Germans. There’s an on-site pool with a shallow children’s section and sun loungers, as well as private parking. The location is handy: a 15-minute walk to the sea with kids, 3 minutes to the nearest M M Market, 5 to Janet, and 10 to the central promenade. Sunny Beach Water Park is 5 minutes away, and cafes, restaurants, and the SB bus station are all within a 10-minute walk. Have a great holiday in Bulgaria!
