White Rock Castle Suite SPA Resort

The botanical garden is very close, though it’s a 15-20 minute walk to the main street. The room smelled oddly of mold, and I should have asked about it or whether I could move. The furniture was the same as in the pictures, but the place itself didn’t look much like them. I suppose the photos were taken after it had been refurbished. Breakfast was low quality, with little variety and the same food every day. Don’t expect the food shown in the pictures.

We chose White Rock Castle for our wedding stay in Balchik, for ourselves and our guests. The location was one of the things I loved. Parking was free, the pool was nice, and the rooms were clean and equipped. Everything felt perfect, but what I’d especially recommend is the front desk team. Everyone was kind and supportive, and communication was always top level. The service was excellent in every way. Thank you so much, WRC!

The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Rooms were very clean and service was good. The restaurant served good food, and there’s a large gym downstairs with lots of machines and a ping pong table.

Dirty towels had been left in the room, and the terrace was really grimy. The bathroom and furniture felt old, and the place hadn’t been cleaned well. It’s also a bit far from Main Street: about a 20-minute walk, or you can drive and pay quite a lot.
