Apartment Burgas Center *****

The friendly service was much appreciated, and the rates were reasonable for the value. Hotel Burgas is right downtown, just a three-minute walk from pedestrian Bogoridi Street, close to the main sights and the beautifully restored Port Area. Our room was quiet and clean, with a nice feel and a very comfortable bed. Hope to visit Burgas again soon.

The staff were very good, and Rodislava was a wonderful woman. The hotel is clean, well located and serves a reasonable breakfast. It's a very good hotel, though it's three stars in my view, not the four it advertises. We stayed in room 405.

The best parts were the location, available parking, and the staff, who were really kind and polite. The room, though, was old and very small, with a nasty smell from the curtains and carpet. The bathroom was unpleasant, and breakfast was mediocre. We paid 165lv, and we've stayed in much better places for half that. This place definitely needs renovation, and I wouldn't call it a four-star hotel.

The restaurant on the top floor has a great view, and the service was very polite. I was surprised to find cable TV with a channel rewind option. Right in the center, the hotel sits on the main pedestrian street and has a few reserved parking spots. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, though the rooms and especially the bathrooms could use some renovation.
