Horrible. The manager Martin rents out studios without the owners knowing. The sea is 800 metres to 1 km away, and you need a car to get to the beach. After you rent, they tell you how much water you owe based on "their own estimate". Also, there are ticks and giant centipedes, literally... hope you escape alive lol.

The guy on the 1st floor beat me up when I tried to enter the hotel. I'm coming back after a year, and I've learned Muay Thai.

You can park here without paying the blue zone fee, which is 12 BGN a day. The best beach in Sunny Beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and Nessebar is nearby too.
