7 Pools Boutique Hotel & Spa

Our stay was very unpleasant, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We were charged for a room at a hotel advertised as having seven pools, but only one pool and the children’s pool were actually open. That wasn’t mentioned anywhere. We also found a fair car rental price of €40 a day from another provider after looking outside the hotel, instead of the outrageous prices we’d first been quoted. At check-in, nobody was at reception. The receptionist came over after finishing her cigarette and handed us the keys without courtesy or professionalism. There wasn’t even complimentary water in the room. The duvet and pillowcases were dirty; when we reported it, she was extremely rude and didn’t apologize. We asked for clean towels, but they never arrived. Most of the staff barely spoke English, which made communication difficult. We were told the hotel had to call a taxi for us, apparently so they could get a commission. When we asked about renting a car instead, the receptionist claimed there was only one rental option in the area and that we had to call a specific person for a price. Reception had already told that person we were Greek, and he immediately spoke to us in Greek to gain our trust before quoting an inflated price, again so the hotel could receive a commission. Please be careful and read the reviews first. We unfortunately didn’t, and ended up having a very unpleasant stay.

We couldn’t make the trip to 7 pools & Spa, but the Hotel still agreed to give us a full refund even though the free cancellation period had passed. Great online service. We’ll try again next year.

I only used the swimming pool. It’s very convenient if you have little kids, and I’d recommend it.

The large pool was a real highlight, with enough room to swim unlike the tiny pools at some other hotels. They had too much chlorine in it two years ago, but that seems to have been sorted out. Our room/apartment was clean and spacious, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Parking was easy to access, and the ski lift is just a five-minute walk away. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
