Fantastico and dm are both just a 3-minute walk away. I found that dm doesn't sell alcohol, so go to Fantastico for that. There's also a currency exchange right by the apartment entrance with decent rates, though it was open only for the first 2 days of our 4 day stay and shut for the rest. The apartment has two big rooms, each with two beds and a desk. Both have air conditioning, and the larger room is divided in half by a large table that works for studying or meetings. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, and there's a little balcony that smokers may find handy. The bathroom is the one drawback. It's quite small, and the shower isn't separated from the toilet, so the whole floor gets wet after a shower. Apart from that, it's the best place I've stayed recently. The price can change depending on when you book, but I remember paying 137 euros for 3 nights.

Good value for the apartment's quality. I'd have rated it 5 if the heating hadn't been so noisy, probably because it needed bleeding.

A very comfortable, clean apartment that works well for 4 people. It's close enough to the centre that we didn't need the subway.
