A nice hotel close to the ski zone, with a large room and a panoramic view. The staff were polite.

The rooms are old, broken, and dirty, and there’s no WiFi. Nobody was at reception, and they didn’t answer the phone. When someone finally showed up, they were rude and uninterested. The owner’s reply only proves my point. Don’t stay here. Banderitsa is a decent hotel in a central spot, but the parking situation is terrible. Basically, there’s no parking available, and there’s no proper reception or sign saying that parking outside the hotel is paid. Arrive after dark and you’re guaranteed a nasty surprise in the morning. What a shame. Management should do more to explain the parking restrictions to guests who don’t know about them.

The room was okay, though not perfect. The water was only mildly warm, not properly hot. There’s no private parking, and the reception smells of cigarette smoke and is connected to a casino.

Watch out, the QR code system gives access to every room. Someone came into ours at night. There was no reception staff, no hot water, and no WiFi :(
