Right in the city center, there’s an unexpectedly tucked-away, unusual feel to this place. It’s a renovated old house, though the work is a little sham. The wooden staircase is beautiful, and my room was clean and tidy. The location is great, very close to the shady part of downtown, but it felt safe enough. It was cosy and warm, almost like a house in a village or the mountains. The heating worked well, which matters a lot to me in the middle of winter. A nice experience.

I had a small double room, which worked great for one person. With a +1, you’d need to coordinate well to be comfortable. The location, service, and atmosphere were lovely. I’d consider staying again.

Room 203 was small but laid out really well. The decor was great, the tile finish was spot on, and everything was very clean. The hotel is right in the center, about a five-minute walk from the metro. Parking cost 24 lev and was a few minutes away on foot. The restaurant was great too, with excellent food at good prices. Staff were friendly and very helpful, even though their English wasn’t fluent.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and the service was great both times. The rooms matched what was advertised. The neighborhood is beautiful in the daytime and very close to the city center. I recommend it.

I’m really disappointed. Booking canceled our reservation on the very day we were due to arrive, saying, “Rooms43 informed us that they can no longer accommodate you.” We had to sort something out ourselves and pay more. That’s crazy.
