I waited until around 4 pm to get the key, and only after Booking stepped in did anyone bring it. Otherwise, I would've been left out on the street. They don't answer calls, or they hang up, and the way they speak is arrogant. There was no internet, and of course nobody answered about that either. Worst place I've visited in years. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Very bad service ☹ NEVER AGAIN!!!
