For this price range, it had everything I could think of. All the staff were really friendly and spoke great English. Gregory, the owner, made the stay warm and even gave us a lovely red wine. We’ll be back next year. Diana’s massages are highly recommended, and we ate at the traditional restaurant downstairs almost every day because the quality and price were hard to beat.

We really enjoyed our stay and all the hotel facilities. The owners and staff were welcoming, friendly, and clearly cared about making our holiday a good one. They even arranged an unexpected themed dinner for us as a kind gesture, which we appreciated very much. We booked the apartment with a fireplace, and it was a great choice: spacious, with an equipped kitchen and two balconies. The hotel also has a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage room. There were different massages and facials to choose from, and the treatments were very good. The location was convenient, about a 5-7 minute walk to Gondola and near several supermarkets and ski shops. We also joined the New Year celebration at the hotel restaurant. It was well organized, with local dancers, music, a disco, plenty of food and drinks, and a lottery for guests. The team did everything they could to make it fun.

The rooms stay warm and dry thanks to underfloor heating, and the showers are powerful and very hot. The staff and breakfast were great, and it’s an easy walk to the gondola. I was pleasantly surprised by the huge steam bath. The restaurant downstairs was very nice, and hotel guests get 20% off.

It’s a great price for a hotel with generous staff and good amenities, including a jacuzzi, sauna, and massages. The location near the gondola is ideal.
