Yordan was so generous with his time and explained all sorts of things, almost like a tour guide. He told me about Bulgaria in general as well as the lovely, quiet city. Much appreciated, and thanks to him and all the mostly wonderful staff. The restaurant, rooms, and service were amazing. They deserve 5 stars. 👍 🤩

The rooms are furnished quite modestly, but the setting in the city garden is very nice. There’s a large restaurant, and the food is delicious.

I was in Razgrad on a work assignment and found the restaurant’s food very good. The place was clean and warm, and the breakfast was fine, though it could have included more local fruit. For the price, it’s a very good deal.

We were overcharged on purpose at the restaurant, and there were bugs in the room. The staff were rude and arrogant. The whole stay was a waste of time and money, and I wouldn’t do it again.

The room was clean and warm, and the staff were very nice and helpful.
