The staff are polite and really nice, and the place is clean and quiet. Room cleaning is infrequent, breakfast isn’t great, and the sauna costs extra. If those things don’t bother you, I’d recommend it.

We’d definitely come back. It’s in a nice part of town, within walking distance of the center, Pirin street, and other attractions. The owners and staff were friendly and spoke very good English. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the beds were great to sleep in. Wi-Fi worked perfectly in the lobby and rooms near it, and was free there. For a family skiing in Bansko, it’s a great option, with a free shuttle to and from the gondola.

Everyone was helpful, and Dimitri was especially kind. He was always there to help with whatever we needed. A very good hotel, everything was nice.
