Good value, a good breakfast and excellent staff made this a great choice. One friend had a problem with their booking: they couldn't shower in the bedroom's bathroom unless sitting in the bathtub. Apart from that, everything was fine. I'd stay again, but would make sure to book a bathroom with a proper shower.

We had a great stay. The rooms were new and comfortable, the restaurant food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best places to stay in Bansko. Thank you!

The gondola is only about a five-minute walk away, and there's a room for storing snowboards and equipment, plus a rack to dry your boots. Breakfast was great, and our room was cleaned every day. The hosts are ready to help with any questions, which makes this a great hotel to stay at in Bansko.

They made us feel welcome from the start, and the family who run the hotel were always polite, kind, and ready to help. They pointed us toward everything we were looking for and even exchanged euros for leva when we urgently needed it. The room was lovely, the bed really comfortable, and the cleaning lady kept everything tidy. It was cozy, very clean, nicely designed, and breakfast was tasty every morning. Thanks to all of them, they were there whenever we needed help. 10/10, recommend ❤️
