I’ve stayed here several times and still think it’s the best hotel in Bansko by far. The owners are a proud local family. He’s an industry professional who’s worked in 5* hotels around the world, including the USA, and she’s a ski professional with over 20 years’ experience. The food is extraordinary, it’s pet-friendly, and it’s very close to the gondola. The rooms and amenities are excellent too, and the spa is fantastic. Indoor and outdoor heated pools in Bansko? That says it all. See you soon, Grami Team!

The hotel is a bit old, but otherwise everything was very good. The rooms were clean and airy, and we had no problems with the heating. Breakfast and dinner were both tasty and more than sufficient. They also offer massage services, and those were good.

It’s always a pleasure to visit the Grammy Hotel. The hosts are very kind, and the atmosphere is cozy. The food is extremely delicious, carefully chosen, prepared, and served. Guests can use two pools, indoors and outdoors, as well as a sauna, steam bath, salt room, and infrared room. Every visit leaves me feeling energized 💖

The food was very good, and that was the only good part. We had a mansard room with a door between ours and the next room, and the neighbor tried the door out of curiosity. The walls are paper thin, so you hear everything. Filth is guaranteed, and the smell will blast you.

The location is good, just a six minute walk from the Gondola, and the breakfast has a good selection. Staff are really friendly and helpful. After a long day skiing, the relaxation centre is lovely. Not much bad to say. I’d recommend it.
