The price is reasonable, and it’s okay for one or two nights, especially when you’re tired. Without GPS it might be hard to find. I asked for a twin room, but the concierge couldn’t find one. Getting in and out of the underground parking was a nightmare, so I gave up and left my long car outside.

The staff were a 3. On amenities, also a 3: on-site parking is a plus, the lobby and room look nice, but the shower temperature kept changing, there was no soap, and the body wash dispenser was empty. Not much else was available. Cleanliness gets a 2. The room looked nice but wasn’t very clean; the bathroom trash hadn’t been emptied, the sink was cracked, and the carpet had stains and felt dirty. Location gets a 4, good for airport access and within walking distance of nice restaurants and a grocery store.

They advertise this as a 3-star hotel, but to me it’s really a one-star place. The bathroom needs work, along with a few other minor things.

The people were friendly and the service was really good. I’d only change the small minibar, since it has so little inside.

A safe, quiet place at a good price, with courteous, friendly staff. Clean and quite traditional too.
