The rooms were in a disgusting state, despite the lovely location, views, and buildings. There was dust packed into the wardrobes, spider webs on the ceilings, and mould all over the bathrooms. It made for a really bad experience. Also, you can use the fireplace, but it costs an extra 30BGN if you choose to.
Inside, there are two small couches, a dining table, a TV, and a kitchenette with two stoves, a microwave, water heater, and small fridge. The utensils are very basic and there aren’t many. The room is a normal size, with one and a half bathrooms, including a larger one with a shower and hot bubble bathtub. It’s a nice place within Ruskovets resort, though it’s privately managed by Coop Bulgaria. Otherwise, everything was good.
The host was polite and very helpful, and the place is clean and comfortable, in a closed area with personal parking. It’s warm and cozy thanks to the heating system, so it works well for family or friends. The kitchen has what you need, including a small fridge, utensils, pans and plates, a microwave, and hobs that are a bit outdated but still do the trick. Highly recommend.
For the price, it’s generally okay. The SPA is great and the food is good, and the location is nice too. The rooms feel a bit old and aren’t very well maintained.
They offered free cancellation through Booking, but still didn’t return my money. Appalling and unprofessional.
