Hotel Gazei

There's everything you need in the rooms, and the view is amazing. Getting to the ski slopes takes about 5 minutes on foot. Very nice and cheap, I'd recommend it. 👍👍👍

We felt right at home here. The hotel was warm and cozy, which made a big difference during Bansko's cold winter, and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The Gondola and main street were only a short walk away, so getting around was easy. When I come back to Bansko, I'll book here again for sure. Had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it!

We had a good breakfast, the rooms were spacious, and housekeeping came daily. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. There's parking across the street, and the place is close to the gondola, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend 👌

The location was ideal, about a 5-minute walk to the gondola, with food, drinks and ski hire along the way. We had a great start to the ski season here. Our room and bathroom were clean, tidy and warm. Someone from guest services made the bed each day and changed the bedding once during our 5-day stay, after three days. Breakfast was from 8-10am. The choice was small but just right before skiing, and the hot option changed each day. We had things like French toast, fried or boiled eggs, bacon, local sausage and pancakes, along with bread, spreads and fillings. Local tea, machine coffee, juice and cereal were available too. Ivan, our host, was friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome, as did the rest of the staff. We could use the sauna and jacuzzi on request, though it took about 20 minutes to warm up. They were much needed after long days skiing. Ivan also helped arrange transport to the bus station for our 7am coach. It's about a 20-minute walk away. We'd come back. Thanks, Ivan.
