The entry area with a door before the room was a nice touch, especially if you're worried about dirt or waking someone who's asleep. The bathroom was spacious, too. It was quiet and clean, and they let us check in early, which was a big plus.

The shared key for both the apartment and the building entrance made me uneasy. The apartment itself was shockingly dirty, and the sheets were stained. I also saw a public disturbance involving people who seemed to be doing inappropriate things near the building, then later saw two of them go into the hotel. The whole stay was uncomfortable and disappointing.

The water heater never worked, so we had cold water for all four nights. We asked several times for repairs or compensation and got no reply or goodwill gesture. There was no communication, and that felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Two nights in a row, people in the building shouted and started karaoke between 5 and 6 in the morning, making the stay even worse. There were problems all over the apartment. The sheets were worn, the blinds and headboard were dusty, the walls marked, and we found suspicious stains on the curtains. The mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable. The bathroom grout was black, its shelf was half broken, and the shower head leaked, which made us question whether the toilet had been disinfected. The washing machine had marks, and the stovetop and oven had grease stains. The fridge was broken and very dirty. Dishes were greasy, the sponge was worn out, there were no toiletries, a dirty glass sat by the sink, and the drainer was filthy. The faucet was covered in limescale. The appliances were worn out too, including a frying pan with a badly damaged bottom that could be dangerous. The chair had a broken leg, while the patio furniture and clothesline were rusty. When we arrived, the electricity was off, and we had to ask someone to help switch the breaker back on in the basement. The place looked nothing like the photos and wasn't peaceful or appealing. I regret not checking the Google reviews first, and I don't understand the positive Booking.com reviews. A low price doesn't excuse this condition. Avoid it.

The bathroom was so cramped that even I, though petite, struggled to shower, and bathing our baby was a real challenge. During our seven nights, they never changed the bed linen. The bedroom bin was emptied only twice, and nobody touched the toilet bin, so we cleaned it ourselves. The biggest safety issue was an unplugged, unsecured socket right by the bed. That's dangerous with a small child, and reception did nothing about it. Parking was another constant headache: a hotel with over 20 rooms has just one space, which is ridiculous. Even reception felt poorly organized. They wrote guest details in a simple notebook, which seemed frivolous these days. We wouldn't stay again or recommend it. It brought us nothing but stress and arguments.
